How to order

Account Setup

• Submit ST-5 or state sales-tax exemption form
• Exchange W-9
• Provide UPS account number (optional)
• Choose prepay or PO terms

Proofs & Approvals

1. Submit order info via email, portal, or integration.
2. We send a digital proof & quote.
3. Approve by payment or issuing a PO.

When supplying blanks, include your job or PO number on the box so we can route it instantly.

Production & Turnaround

We typically produce transfers the same day an order is confirmed — so decoration can start the moment your blanks arrive. Fast is normal here.

If there’s an issue with blanks or production:

• We’ll contact you immediately.
• If time allows, we hold until resolved.
• If pressed for time, we short-ship and label any damaged pieces.

2% spoilage is standard. Anything beyond that, we’ll refund or replace — your choice.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• We blind-ship every order by default.
• Ship on your UPS account (3rd-party billing) or use our labels.
• Provide shipping name and address at approval.
• Tracking sent automatically at shipment.
• Spec samples available on request.

Artwork Requirements

For fastest turnaround and lowest cost:

• ✔ 300 DPI resolution
• ✔ PNG format
• ✔ Transparent background
• ✘ No low-res screenshots or white-boxed JPEGs
